2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2009 No. 1391 "Questions of increase in efficiency of use of transit capacity of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 101, the Art. 3524);
Item of 6 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 28, 2012 No. 1081 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 91, the Art. 3674).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraph two of Items 1 and 6 of the changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2017.

1. According to the procedure of issue of operational permission, No. 978 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 5, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 86, Art. 2891; 2011, No. 61, Art. 2439, No. 95, Art. 3459):
In paragraph four of Item 1 of the word "issue of the duplicate and" to exclude 1);
