About establishment of the document forms used in work with the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state

Based on Items 6 and 7, of parts three and the sixth Item 9, of part one of Item 55 and Item 202 of the Regulations on accounting treatment, storages, estimates and the realization of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2016 No. 63, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish forms:

data on property according to appendix 1;

the conclusions about impossibility (inexpediency) of realization of property according to appendix 2;

the deed of conveyance of data on property between authorized bodies according to appendix 3;

notifications on statement of property on accounting according to appendix 4;

the expert opinion according to appendix 5;

for office use.

2. This resolution becomes effective since August 27, 2016.
