About approval of the Republican development program of logistic system and transit potential for 2016-2020

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Republican development program of logistic system and transit potential for 2016-2020 (further - the Republican program).
2. Determine the customer coordinator of the Republican program the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom being contractors of the Republican program, annually till February 10 to provide in the Ministry of Transport and Communications information on the course of implementation of the Republican program.
4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications annually:
4.1. till February 25 of the year following reporting to submit in the Ministry of Economics the report on the course of implementation of the Republican program for the purpose of receipt of the conclusion about the course of its accomplishment.
Annually till March 25 of the year following reporting to represent to the Ministry of Economics to the Ministry of Transport and Communications the conclusion about the course of accomplishment of the Republican program;
4.2. till April 1 of the year following reporting to provide information on the course of implementation of the Republican program and the conclusion of the Ministry of Economics about the course of its accomplishment in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
