2.1. the comprehensive income of the citizen (family) who addressed (addressed) for provision of non-cash housing subsidies, joins the total amount of imputed income. At the same time the amounts of taxes, charges (duties), other deduction are not subtracted from the general (added) income amount;

2.2. income of the citizen (family) gained in foreign currency is converted into Belarusian rubles on the official rate established by National Bank on the date of their obtaining, and the income for accomplishment of labor obligations - the last day of month for which this income was added;

2.3. the amounts of the alimony received by the citizen (family) are divided into the number of months for which they are received. At the same time the amounts of such alimony are considered based on the documents and (or) data confirming receipt of the alimony (references of the organizations, postal, wire transfers and another).

3. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2016.
