About setting standards (standard rates) of consumption of housing and communal services for calculation of non-cash housing subsidies

According to subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2016 "About provision of non-cash housing subsidies" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 322

1. Establish for calculation of non-cash housing subsidies:

regulations (standard rates) of consumption of services in maintenance, capital repairs, sanitary content of auxiliary rooms of the apartment house, to maintenance of the elevator, hot and cold water supply, water disposal (sewerage), heat supply, the address with solid utility waste according to appendix 1;

regulations of consumption of services of electric utility service according to appendix 2;

regulations of consumption of services of gas supply, supply with the liquefied hydrocarbon gas from individual balloon or reservoir installations according to appendix 3;

regulations of expense recovery of the organizations performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services on the electric power consumed on lighting of auxiliary rooms and operation of the equipment, including elevators in the apartment apartment house, according to appendix 4.

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2016.
