About approval of Changes in the Procedure for cancellation of registration of share issues
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the paragraph third "About joint-stock companies" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED parts five of article 84 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for cancellation of registration of share issues approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of April 23, 2013 No. 737, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 28, 2013 for No. 822/23354, which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of May 16, 2005 No. 240 "About delegation of power of State commission by territorial administration on securities and the stock market about cancellation of registration of share issues of joint-stock companies which are excluded from the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine (the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons of entrepreneurs) in connection with their liquidation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2005 on No. 1004/11284.
3. And corporate finances (A. Papaik) to provide to corporate management department submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To provide to management of information technologies, external and internal communications (A.Zaik):
promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market;
