1. Approve the enclosed form of the certificate of catch origin.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 5, 2014 No. 204-O "About approval of form of the certificate of catch origin" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 9570, published on August 19, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let).
3. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information and legal the Ad_let system, and also within five working days in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
