Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Approve "Procedure for establishment of the part of expenses on the organization of export missions paid for the account of the government budget to foreign countries, studying of the foreign markets and marketing activity, encouragement in the foreign markets of the Made in Azerbaijan brand, obtaining by the local companies of the certificates and patents connected with export in foreign countries, programs and projects of research and development in connection with export and regulations of the payment mechanism".

2. Approve form "The report for work, not oil products of the Azerbaijani origin done in connection with stimulation of export".

3. For financing of the measures of support provided according to the procedure, approved by part of 1 this Decree, from the Reserve fund of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic provided in state budget of the Azerbaijan Republic to allocate to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic 3 (three) one million manats.

4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

4.1. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;
