About modification of the Regulations on currency exchange control

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on currency exchange control approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 8, 2000 No. 49, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 4, 2000 at No. 209/4430 (with changes), the following changes:

Paragraph two of Item 1.2 of Section 1 after the word of "documents" to add 1) with words "(including electronic documents, copies of documents)";

2) in Section 2:

the paragraph one of Item 2.8 to state in the following edition:

"2.8. Untimely representation, concealment or misstatement of the reporting on currency transactions established by National Bank (further - violation of requirements for the statistical reporting) involves imposing of penalty in the amount up to 1000 free minima of the income of citizens for everything the elicited facts of violations of requirements for the statistical reporting during the period which is subject to check";

state Item 2.10 in the following edition:

"2.10. Penalties are applied in each case of violation (except penalties for violation of requirements for the statistical reporting)";
