According to the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 15, 2013 to No. 265 "About the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of March 29, 2013 "Questions of counteraction to threats and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2013 No. 738 "About approval of the Procedure for accounting of emergency situations" and of January 9, 2014 No. 11 "About approval of the Regulations on single state system of civil protection", for the purpose of realization of state policy in the field of protection of the population and the territories against effects of emergency situations, enhancement of interaction of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations and the State agency of highways of Ukraine in case of mitigation of consequences of emergency situations we ORDER:
2. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
