According to part two of article 8 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Standard regulations on functional subsystem of single state system of civil protection;

Standard regulations on territorial subsystem of single state system of civil protection.

2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies in six-months time to develop and approve in coordination with Public service on emergency situations regulations on functional subsystem of single state system of civil protection.

3. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in six-months time to develop and approve in coordination with Public service on emergency situations of regulations on territorial subsystems of single state system of civil protection.

Regulations on functional subsystem of single state system of civil protection

1. This Provision determines bases of creation of functional subsystem of single state system of civil protection (further - functional subsystem), its structure, tasks and levels.

objects of functional subsystem - property, the territories and objects of the territorial authorities, regional services, companies, organizations and organizations relating to the sphere of management of the relevant central executive body which forms functional subsystem;
