2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services of March 5, 2012 No. 78 "About approval of forms of the reference by results of inspection and the sheet of object with the description of the revealed defects" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7522, No. published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of May 8, 2012 65).

3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
