Questions of cash cover of separate categories of the military personnel and faces of the commanding structure
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve ratio between positions of separate categories of the military personnel and faces of the commanding structure holding executive positions and groups of compensation on positions of public service according to appendix.
Official pay rates on positions of separate categories of the military personnel and faces of the commanding structure holding executive positions are established in the sizes specified in the scheme of official pay rates on positions of public service on groups of compensation in state bodies which jurisdiction extends to all territory of Ukraine which affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, proceeding from the ratio approved by this resolution.
2. Determine what is paid to the military personnel and persons of the commanding structure specified in Item 1 of this resolution:
the allowance for intensity of service at the rate to 100 percent of official pay rate;
award according to their personal deposit in general results of work within the means provided in the estimate on awarding of the military personnel and faces of the commanding structure of relevant organ;
the monetary assistance on improvement by the provision of annual leave in the amount of which is not exceeding monthly cash cover.
3. Cash cover of the military personnel and faces of the commanding structure specified in Item 1 of this resolution consists of official pay rate, other payments established by this resolution, and also salary on military (special) rank and the length-of-service allowances established in the amount of and procedure, determined by the legislation for the military personnel.
