Siluanov 10.12. 2015, for the purpose of realization of possibility of the direction by taxpayers of the electronic documents in tax authorities with use of format of document transfer provided by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and used by tax authorities in case of realization of the powers in the relations, regulated by the legislation on taxes and fees I order:

1. Approve:

The reference book of the document types used by taxpayers and tax authorities in the relations, regulated by the legislation on taxes and fees (SVDNP) (further - the Reference book), according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

Recommended format of document transfer, the powers provided by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and used by tax authorities in case of realization in the relations regulated by the legislation on taxes and fees, electronically through personal account of the taxpayer (further - the Format) according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

2. To provide to management of information technologies (T. V. Matveev):

2.1. Maintaining Reference book;

2.2. Completion of the software providing documents acceptance, used by taxpayers, and document transfer by tax authorities in case of realization of electronic document management in the relations regulated by the legislation on taxes and fees according to the Reference book and the Format.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of the Federal Tax Service coordinating work on creation, development, maintenance and operation of the automated information system of the Federal Tax Service.
