Some questions of provision to notaries of access to the State land cadastre

According to part four of article 46-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" and parts one of article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for ensuring access of notaries in the State land registry which is attached.

2. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the State land cadastre approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 1051 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 89, Art. 3598; 2013, No. 80, Art. 2975; 2014, No. 97, Art. 2786; 2015, No. 46, the Art. 1472), changes which are applied.

3. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.

Procedure for ensuring access of notaries in the State land cadastre

1. This Procedure determines conditions and the bases of access for notaries to the State land cadastre (further - the Inventory) for implementation of search of data on the registered parcel of land when making notarial actions by such site (except the certificate of the will) for forming of the statement from the inventory about the parcel of land.
