I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 7-1/68 "About approval of Rules of identification of farm animals" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11127, No. 98 published on May 28, 2015 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper (27974) the following change:

appendix 4 to the Rules of identification of farm animals approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows, according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also within five working days in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
