1. Form Office of reforms.

2. Approve Regulations on Office of reforms which are applied.

Regulations on Office of reforms

1. The office of reforms (further - Office) is permanent advisory advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which is formed for the purpose of providing up to standard the organization and coordination of reforms, in particular on planning of the relevant activities, carrying out monitoring and the analysis of condition of their accomplishment.

2. The office in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.

3. The main objectives of Office are:

providing up to standard organization and coordination of reforms;

preparation of offers for drafts of regulatory legal acts on implementation of reforms, including strategic and program documents of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the specified questions, and also actions plans;

preparation of offers according to the plan of actions for implementation of reforms for the corresponding year (further - the actions plan) and mechanisms of realization of such reforms;

carrying out monitoring of condition of accomplishment by the ministries and other central executive bodies of the tasks provided by the actions plan;
