1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of the prices of the precious metals (except precious metals in case of banking operations) received in the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Belarus and released from it, and also on the precious metals in products and scrap which are bought up at physical persons (except purchase and sale of precious metals by the banking and non-bank credit and financial organizations in the form of measuring ingots and coins at physical persons), approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2011 No. 54 "About some questions of price regulation on precious metals" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 89, 8/23976), the following changes:
in Item 21 of the word of "prior week" shall be replaced with words "two prior weeks";
in Item 22 shall be replaced with words the word "weeks" "after the expiration of the period specified in Item 21 of this Instruction".
