About some questions of issue of certificates on certification of the realtor

Based on Item 345 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450 "About licensing of separate types of activity", Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for issue of certificates on certification of the lawyer, about certification of the realtor, introduction of changes in them, prolongation of effective period and cancellation of certificates, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of March 7, 2014 No. 58 "About some questions of licensing of activities for rendering legal services" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.04. 2014, 8/28503; 20:05. 2014, 8/28683), following changes and amendments:

1.1. to exclude parts one of Item 6 of the word "at the request of the applicant" from the paragraph of the fifth;

1.2. in paragraph eleven of Item 17 of the word of "examination tests" shall be replaced with words "results of computer testing";

1.3. to state part one of Item 20 in the following edition:

"20. Date and time of consideration by the commissions of statements for issue of certificates, carrying out by the Commission on questions of rendering realtor services of examination are appointed according to the schedule which is created, as a rule, according to the procedure of priority of receipt of documents for receipt of certificates.";
