Some questions of ensuring carrying out in 2017 in Ukraine of the song tender "Eurovision"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

1) the National TV company (customer organizer) during the implementing of expenses on acquisition of personal computers, laptops, furniture to the equipment of workplaces of employees and content of mobile phones at the expense of the means provided on preparation and carrying out in 2017 in Ukraine of the song tender "Eurovision" does not apply limiting expense amounts on acquisition of cars, furniture, other equipment, computers, acquisition and content of mobile phones by state bodies, and also organizations and organizations which contain at the expense of the government budget, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2001 No. 332 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 14, Art. 615; 2016, No. 16, Art. 637);

2) for preparation and carrying out in 2017 in Ukraine of the song tender "Eurovision" action of item 4 of measures for effective and rational use of the public funds provided for content of the public authorities and other state bodies formed by public authorities of the companies, organizations and the organizations which use means of the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 710 "About effective use of public funds" does not extend to the speaker organizer (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 83, the Art. 2739).
