1. Approve Regulations on contributory scheme of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the international organizations according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other interested ministries and departments to make in a month inventory count of international treaties and other documents according to which the Republic of Uzbekistan is member of the international organizations.
3. To the ministries, the State Committees, departments, associations, the companies, concerns of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in week time to make reconciliations of payment status of the membership fees in the international organizations and to prepare reasons and calculations about feasibility of their payment in 2000.
To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs till January 15, 2000 to introduce in the Cabinet of Ministers the generalized list on amounts and sources of payments in the international organizations for 2000 with breakdown on quarters.
4. Confer the personal responsibility for timely representation of reasons and calculations on heads of the ministries, State Committees, departments, concerns, associations and companies.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hamidov B. S.
