1. in Item 2.1 of the word "3.7.5" shall be replaced with words "3.7.6".

2. in Item 3.5 after the word of "importance" to add with words ", about territorial zone for the purposes of the simplified tax on the real estate unit".

3. in subitem 3.7.5 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon at the end and to add with Item 3.7.6 of the following content:

"3.7.6. territorial zone of the real estate unit according to article 220.8.1 of the Tax Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (concerning the living and non-residential spaces located in the city of Baku, and also in its settlements and villages).".
