About amounts of medicines and medical products which transactions on import to customs area of Ukraine and delivery on customs area of Ukraine are exempted from taxation on value added for conducting anti-terrorist operation and/or implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are performed by carrying out the transaction of the Integrated forces (TIF), and/or introduction of warlike situation

According to the paragraph to third Item 32 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine to approve amounts of medicines and medical products, held for use by healthcare institutions and participants of anti-terrorist operation, persons who take part in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are performed by carrying out the transaction of the Integrated forces (TIF), for delivery of health care to physical persons who during conducting anti-terrorist operation and/or implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are performed by carrying out the transaction of the Integrated forces (TIF) and/or introduction of warlike situation received to wound, contusion or other damage of health which transactions on import to customs area of Ukraine and delivery on customs area of Ukraine are exempted from taxation on value added according to the subitem "v" of Item 193.1 of article 193 of the Tax Code of Ukraine for conducting anti-terrorist operation and/or introduction of warlike situation, according to appendix.
