Special requirements to persons applying for holding the posts of the state contractors of territorial authorities of the public executive service.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 9, 2009 No. 484/7 "About approval of standard qualification characteristics of positions of the state contractors".

3. To department of personnel (N.P.'s Owl) to bring this order to the attention of chiefs of the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
