1. Approve the following indicators in case of which the payment service provider treats significant payment service providers:

1) when ensuring with the payment service provider of implementation of payments and (or) money transfers in systemically significant or significant payment system which operators are residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within year of at least twenty five percent from the total amount of the payments and (or) money transfers which are carried out through this payment system in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad;

2) when ensuring with the payment service provider of rendering services in release of payment cards of at least twenty five percent from the total amount of the nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued by banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches and Kazpochta joint-stock company of payment cards and on processing of transactions with use of payment cards in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad within year of at least twenty five percent from the total amount of payments and (or) money transfers (transactions) made with use of payment cards within year in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad;

3) when ensuring with the payment service provider of rendering services in release, repayment of electronic money of at least twenty five percent from the total amount of these transactions performed by issuers of electronic money and on processing of the transactions performed with use of electronic money within year of at least twenty five percent from the total amount of the transactions made with use of electronic money within year;
