About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Bring the following changes in some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2015 No. 4-4/282 "About approval of the list of quarantine objects and alien types in relation to which actions for quarantine of plants are established and performed, and the list of especially dangerous harmful organisms" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 11739, published on August 20, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

To be reworded as follows the list of especially dangerous harmful organisms approved by the specified order, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 2015 No. 15-02/584 "About approval of phytosanitary standard rates, forms of phytosanitary accounting, and also Rules of their representation" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 11913, published on September 23, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

To be reworded as follows the phytosanitary standard rates approved by the specified order, according to appendix 2 to this order;

To be reworded as follows the forms of phytosanitary accounting approved by the specified order, according to appendix 3 to this order;

The rules of provision of forms of phytosanitary accounting approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows, according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered order in the Republican state company "Republican Center of Legal Information" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

2) harmful turtle;

3) gray grain scoop;

4) Giessen fly;

5) grain bugs;

6) cotton scoop;

7) web tick;

8) gophers;

9) mouse-like rodents;

10) Colorado beetle.

2. Diseases of grain crops (rust, септориоз).
