About some questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption

1. Rename:
1) public institutions - territorial authorities of the Ministry for public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in republican public institutions - territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) public institutions - territorial authorities of National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Ministry for public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in republican public institutions - territorial authorities of National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
