1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective since March 4, 2016 and is effective till December 31, 2017.
