About some questions of public institution "Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader Nation"

I DECIDE:

1. Reorganize public institution "Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader Nation" by accession to it of public institution "Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Museum).

2. Approve changes which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix to this Decree.

3. Recognize invalid the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) of August 28, 2004 No. 1431 "About creation of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 31, the Art. 420);

2) of December 28, 2007 No. 502 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2004 No. 1431" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 50, the Art. 604).

4. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.

5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing, except for Items 2 and 3 of this Decree which become effective from the date of exception of the Museum of the National register of business and identification numbers.
