About approval of the Procedure for personal reception of citizens in the National agency according to the prevention of corruption

According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the address of citizens", Article 8, to Item "About prevention of corruption" the National agency according to the prevention of corruption SOLVED 5 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procedure for personal reception of citizens in the National agency according to the prevention of corruption (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. Organizational and staffing together with department of legal support to submit to department this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Organizational and staffing to provide to department conducting personal reception of citizens according to Procedure.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the Chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Korchak N. N.
