2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Jewelry and other products *, made and (or) implemented in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, not subject to obligatory approbation and branding in authorized organizations

1. The products from precious metals and (or) gemstones having historical, archaeological, cultural value.

2. Products from precious metals in unfinished or not collected type, in case of lack of complete set of parts.

3. Jewelry from precious metals at which the quantity of mass parts of net precious metal in one thousand mass parts of alloy of precious metal are lower:

1) 900 for platinum alloy;

2) 375 for gold alloy;

3) 500 for palladium alloy;

4) 800 for silver alloy.
