About compiled laws of the Republic of Tajikistan
For the purpose of ensuring timely publication of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About procedure for publication of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan" and according to articles 62 and 70 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:
1. To consider compiled laws of the Republic of Tajikistan the official publication.
2. To be reworded as follows the enclosed Regulations on Compiled laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Assign preparation and the edition of Compiled laws of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. For implementation of the common directorship preparation and the edition of Compiled laws of the Republic of Tajikistan to form the commission in the following structure (on position):
Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan (chairman);
Manager of legal department of executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (vice-chairman);
Attorney-General of the Republic of Tajikistan;
Chairman of the board of justice of the Republic of Tajikistan;
Chairman of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan;
Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan;
Chairman of the Supreme economic court of the Republic of Tajikistan;
Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan;
Vice-president of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan;
Dean of law department of the Tajik state national University.
5. Charge to the Commission on forming of Compiled laws" to approve the Republic of Tajikistan the Scheme of Compiled laws of the Republic of Tajikistan
