About enhancement of system of state registration and registration of subjects of entrepreneurship

For the purpose of cardinal enhancement of procedure for state registration and registration of subjects of entrepreneurship, stimulation of active use of contactless forms in their relations with state bodies on the basis of widespread introduction of modern information and communication technologies:

1. Approve the Package of measures for cardinal enhancement of procedure for state registration and registration of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix No. 1, providing step-by-step development and deployment of the automated system of state registration and registration of subjects of entrepreneurship (further - System) with ensuring since April 1, 2017 implementation of state registration and registration of subjects of entrepreneurship round the clock through the System on the Internet integrated into the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Single portal).

Requirements of this resolution do not extend to state registration of banks and credit bureaus, their branches and representations, and also non-state non-profit organizations which state registration is performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

2. Approve new structure of the Republican commission on coordination of implementation of the Comprehensive program of development of National information and communication system of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013 - 2020 according to appendix No. 2.

3. The republican commission on coordination of implementation of the Comprehensive program of development of National information and communication system of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013 - 2020 (Aripov A. N.):

provide coordination of activities of the ministries, departments, companies, associations, public authorities on places on timely and high-quality accomplishment of actions for development and deployment of the information and communication technologies provided by the Package of measures;
