About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" concerning employment of graduates

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004; 2016, No. 3, Art. 25, No. 5, Art. 50) following changes:

1. To state item 4 of part two of Article 13 in the following edition:

"4) promote employment of graduates of higher educational institutions who belong to the sphere of their management, perform distribution of graduates of the highest military educational institutions (higher educational institutions with specific conditions of training) for further service and provide to graduates of other higher education institutions information on availability of vacancies as a part of legal entities, irrespective of pattern of ownership and subordination for possible employment".

2. 10 parts one of Article 26 to add Item with the words "and assistance to employment of graduates".

3. Third of Article 44 to add part with the paragraph third the following content:

"In the highest medical and pedagogical educational institutions according to the state order persons which signed the agreement on working off at least three years in the rural zone or settlements of city type have the right to first-priority transfer".

4. In Article 64:

add with new part one of the following content:

"1. Graduates of higher educational institutions are free in the choice of place of employment, except the cases provided by this Law. Higher educational institutions shall not perform employment of graduates".

With respect thereto the first and second to consider parts respectively parts two and third;

add with part four of the following content:

"4. To the graduates of medical and pedagogical educational institutions who signed the agreement on working off at least three years in the rural zone or settlements of city type, the state according to the legislation provides free use of housing with heating and lighting within the established regulations".
