"Article 11-1. Informing on the offenses connected with corruption
11-1.1. Information on the offenses connected with corruption is submitted each person in written (including electronic) or oral form.
11-1.2. Heads of the state and municipal authorities, legal and state-financed organizations which are in the state-owned or municipal property or the controlling stake of shares (shares) of which belongs to the state or municipality (further - organizations, the companies and the organizations), identify the corresponding official or structural division (further - authorized structural division) in the specified organizations, the companies or the organizations for provision of information on the offenses connected with corruption.
11-1.3. Employees of organizations, companies or organizations can provide information on the offenses connected with corruption in authorized structural division.
11-1.4. After receipt of information on the offenses connected with corruption, the authorized structural division shall register it and inform on it person which provided information.
11-1.5. The authorized structural division shall consider information on the offenses connected with corruption within 20 working days from the moment of registration of information and inform the addressed person on result of consideration. Consideration is carried out according to features of consideration of addresses on the offenses connected with corruption by the established Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About addresses of citizens".
