According to Article 19-1 - the Section I, I order to Articles 55 and 56 of Chapter 4 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of enhancement of appellate procedure by taxpayers of tax notifications decisions or other decisions of bodies of GFS in case of administrative appeal:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for registration and submission of claims by taxpayers and their consideration by monitoring bodies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 21, 2015 No. 916, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2015 at No. 1617/28062, which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine - the chief of staff of Kapinus E. V. and Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov R. M.
