Approve changes in the Instruction No. 197 "About procedure for regulation of activities of microcredit institutions", approved by the Resolution of Board of National Bank of Tajikistan of August 30, 2012 No. 194 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 9, 2012 No. 137 "d" it (is applied).

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan for state registration and to enact after its official publication.

3. Authorize Department of banking supervision in need of process of state registration of this Resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan to make the changes and additions of editorial nature in the text of appendix of the Resolution which are not changing it content.

4. To assign execution of Item 2 of this Resolution to Legal Management and the Press service.

5. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of Tajikistan Ikromov S. S.
