About approval of Rules of the indemnification caused to workers by the mutilation, occupational disease or other damage of health connected with execution of labor obligations by them

In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About labor protection" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 12, 2000 "About review and development of regulating documents on labor protection" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. 267:

1. Approve Rules of the indemnification caused to workers by the mutilation, occupational disease or other damage of health connected with execution of labor obligations by them according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine that the debt of the reorganized or liquidated agricultural cooperatives (shirkat), farmer and Dehkan farms on indemnification, caused to the worker by the mutilation, occupational disease either other damage of health or its death connected with execution of labor obligations before adoption of this resolution, is paid for the account of means of the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Irrespective of patterns of ownership and modes of production to provide to the ministries, departments, business entities bringing these rules to the divisions and structures, and also their correct application.

4. Recognize invalid and make addition to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to  appendix No. 2.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
