About reorganization of National Information Technologies joint-stock company and joint-stock company "Kazsatnet national company

1. Reorganize National Information Technologies joint-stock company by accession to it of joint-stock company "The Kazsatnet national company.

2. Determine the main object of activity of National Information Technologies joint-stock company ensuring functioning of information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government", maintenance and organizational technical support of information resources and information systems.

3. To the ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and joint-stock company "National infocommunication holding "Zerde" in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 8, 2006 No. 746 "About creation of joint-stock company "The Kazsatnet national company.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
