PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

(as amended on 30-11-2021)

For the purpose of further enhancement of the mechanism of realization of cotton fiber taking into account creation of single complex on acceptance and conversion of cotton raw, export of cotton fiber of Uzpakhtasanoateksport holding company:

1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the First Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 2, 2016 No. UP-4854

The changes made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 27.06.2017 No. UP-5095

2. In Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 20, 2002 No. UP-3114 "About the pricing mechanism on cotton" words "Uzkhlopkoprom association" shall be replaced with words HK "Uzpakhtasanoateksport", JSC Uzpakhtasanoat".

3. Third Item 3 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2006 No. PP-330 "About measures for financial improvement of the companies of the textile industry and enhancement of the mechanism of realization of cotton fiber by it" after words "export trading companies" to add the paragraph with words "and JSC Uzpakhtaeksport".

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 24.05.2018 No. UP-5447
