1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the first deputy of the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. M. Mavlonov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Item 2 of the Section V of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 No. UP-3358 "About Enhancement of System of Republican State Bodies" of the word "Center of Secondary Vocational, Professional Education" shall be replaced with words "The center of professional education".

2. In Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 5, 2006 "About creation of Mikrocreditbank joint stock bank of the word of "National institute of credit information" shall be replaced with words No. UP-3750 "Department on maintaining the state register of credit information".

3. To state the text of appendix No. 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 11, 2006 to No. UP-3751 "About Creation of Fund of Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in the following edition:
