Make the following changes to the "Rules of provision of permission (consent) to advertizing distribution" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 3, 2001 No. 596 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 11, Article 704; 2003, No. 10, Article 563; 2004, No. 12, Article 1005; 2005, No. 2, Article 69; 2008, No. 1, Article 8):
1. give Item 2.2 in the following edition:
"The boards placed with entrance on facade of the servicing, shopping and other facilities on which they have a direct bearing and the showing accessory, the name bringing to the consumer type of their activities and operating mode, and also the posters, political advertizing placed at city information stands in non-commercial purposes, the announcements of non-governmental organizations, legal entities and physical persons which are not connected with business activity including the boards relating to state bodies regardless of the size are not considered as advertizing mediums.".
2. add Item 2.5 with the seventh or ninth subitems of the following content and consider the seventh subitem the tenth subitem respectively:
"placement of the advertizing carrier shall not obstruct traffic of pedestrians, departure entrance and to limit easy access; shall not break esthetic type of the territory; the advertizing carrier shall not is without image;".
3. to give the second subitem of Item 2.6 in the following edition:
