About approval of form of the reference reasons to regulatory legal act

According to Item 41 of Rules of registration, approval, state registration of regulatory legal acts and their cancellations approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2016 No. 568, I ORDER:

1. Approve reference reasons form to regulatory legal act according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts according to the list according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To department of registration of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) this order to inform the central and local state bodies, territorial authorities of justice;

2) after state registration of this order to send it to the copy in printing and electronic type to the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for entering into Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration.
