1. Approve the Procedure for forming and storage of registration cases which is applied.

the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 20, 2012 No. 111/5 "About approval of the Procedure for document transfer in the field of state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2012 on No. 118/20431 (with changes);
the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 10, 2012 No. 238/5 "About approval of the Procedure for storage and transfer of registration cases of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 10, 2012 on No. 203/20516 (with changes).
3. To the technical administrator of the State register of the rights to real estate, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming to take the measures necessary for implementation of this order.
