Bring in the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2003 No. 1078 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 29, Art. 1471; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1484; 2007, No. 52, Art. 2113; 2008, No. 20, Art. 569; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249, No. 45, Art. 1759; 2014, No. 14, Art. 426; 2015, No. 73, Art. 2404, No. 100, Art. 3436; 2016, No. 16, the Art. 645), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population

1. To add Item 2 after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The size of the alimony determined by court in firm sum of money;".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the sixth - to consider the eighth respectively paragraphs the seventh the ninth.

2. In item 4:

1) paragraph two after words "(cash cover)" to add with words ", the size of the alimony determined by court in firm sum of money";

2) to add Item after the paragraph of the ninth with new paragraphs of the following content:

"If injured with labor accident or occupational disease (or person receiving insurance payments in case of loss of the supporter) along with monthly insurance payment gets grant, first of all the grant is indexed.
