1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for record keeping according to addresses of citizens in state bodies, other organizations.

2. To the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom:

consider work with addresses of citizens as one of the most important indicators of activities of state bodies, other organizations and their heads;

take measures for strict compliance with law about addresses of citizens;

to quarterly analyze the arriving addresses of citizens for the purpose of timely elimination of the reasons generating violations of the rights, freedoms and (or) legitimate interests of citizens;

establish constant control behind condition of work with addresses of citizens in subordinate (subordinated) state bodies, other organizations;

provide carrying out management of personal reception of citizens by heads of state bodies in the place of their residence and in labor collectives;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
