The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Payment procedure of one-time financial support to persons which were affected by human trafficking, No. 660 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 56, Art. 2239; 2013, No. 10, the Art. 377), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

1. To state paragraph two of Item 2 in the following edition:
"Payment of financial support is performed by executive bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations, Kiev and Sevastopol of the state administrations, executive bodies, district, district in, city, district in the cities (in case of their creation) (except of Kiev and Sevastopol) councils (further - social security authorities of the population) once in the amount of three subsistence minimums for the corresponding category of persons (children up to six years, children aged from six up to 18 years; the able-bodied persons, persons which lost working capacity) established at the time of the request of person for financial support.".
2. In paragraph nine of Item 3 of the word "in the amount of subsistence minimum" and "established" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of three subsistence minimums" and "established".
