About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About payment, servicing and safety of the President of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About payment, servicing and safety of the President of the Republic of Armenia" of February 19, 1996, ZR-33 (further - the Law):

Paragraphs of the first and second after the word "salaries" to add 1) with the words "and works on coefficient zero whole, nine tenth";

Paragraph one to add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "In case of increase in the size of salary of the President of the Republic of Armenia established by the Law pension of the retired President of the Republic of Armenia in proportion is recalculated.".

Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after official publication and extends to the relations which arose after January 1, 2013.

The pensions granted under the Law before entry into force of this law are recalculated according to the procedure, established after entry into force of this law.

If the size of the recalculated pension is less than the size of pension granted to the introduction of this law in force, then pension is paid in former size.
