About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Voided according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia of 21.03.2017 No. ZR-62
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 77 of the Code with the new offer of the following content:
"In case of change of not suffered part of punishment by milder pinishment, the court can also consider also advisory report on change of not suffered part of punishment by milder pinishment provided by public service of probation based on the requirement of court or the independent commission.".
Article 3. To add part 6 of article 84 of the Code with the new offer of the following content:
"In case of removal of criminal record the court can also consider the advisory report on removal of criminal record provided by public service of probation based on the requirement of court.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
