1. Approve new Regulations on the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Determine the main sources of financing of activities of the Agency for intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the extrabudgetary funds created in the procedure established by the legislation at the expense of patent fees, payment for registration of programs for electronic computers and databases, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
3. Reorganize in accordance with the established procedure the State unitary enterprise "Intellekt Ekspert" under the Agency for intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan by accession to Training center on retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of intellectual property under the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 8, 2011 No. 166 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Agency for intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 6, the Art. 47).
